A developed proprietary model

RISGRA is proprietary intellectual property owned by 24 Capital Limited. It has been developed over several years from a foundation in enterprise risk, governance, finance, audit, operations, restructuring and regulated value-chain experience.

RISGRA was created by Richard Clouter, a Chartered Accountant and former Big Four statutory auditor with approximately 25 years’ experience across banking, insurance, asset management, risk advisory, finance and restructuring. The model draws that practical domain perspective into a semantic governance capability for regulated organisations.

Professional basis

Richard is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and holds the ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency. These are personal professional qualifications and do not constitute certification, approval or endorsement of RISGRA by ICAEW or any other body.
